Order Basics
- Order Processing Time
- Allow 24-48 hours for in-stock orders to be processed for shipment. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
- Cancellations
- If you choose to cancel your order you may do so anytime before the order is fulfilled by contacting us at wave@dalga.co with your order # and shipping zip code. If the order has already been fulfilled you may follow our returns process here.
- Items Out of Stock
- If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the order once we get the item(s) back in stock.
Shipping Basics
- Standard Shipping
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Standard shipping typically delivers to anywhere in the continental US within 5 business days.
- Dalga is not responsible for or in control of any unexpected courier errors or delay. Please follow the shipment via. the order tracking link.
- Expedited Shipping
- We offer expedited shipping at checkout. If you pay for expedited shipping, your order will be shipped day of if:
- The order is placed before noon PST. Orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day.
- The items ordered are listed as “in-stock”.
- "UPS Next Day Air" does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Friday and select Next Day Air, your package will not arrive after the weekend.
- We offer expedited shipping at checkout. If you pay for expedited shipping, your order will be shipped day of if:
- International Shipping
- Dalga is based in the United States, all shipments outside of the U.S. are considered international.
- The country we ship your order to may impose a duty or tax on your shipment, depending on the declared value of what you order.
- The receiver will be responsible for settling all import duties charged.
- Our default international shipping is DDP (delivery duty included) which means that the customer is responsible for paying any taxes and duties at the time of purchase. We believe this option offers you full transparency with regards to total costs - the price you see is the price you pay without the risk of additional surprise bills from customs.
- Shipping Carrier
- Our standard shipping service for US Domestic orders is US Postal Service, but we also offer different shipping services with UPS. You will see the available services and their prices at checkout.
- For international orders, we use UPS or DHL.
- Change of Delivery Address
- For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Contact us on email at wave@dalga.co for assistance. If a package is sent to the wrong address due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping address, it cannot be refunded if lost.
- Other Notes
- Overnight and Saturday shipping availability and order cutoff times are subject to change. Please see options at checkout.
- Please always make sure your shipments will be delivered to a secure address. Dalga is not responsible for and cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
