Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, if something is not right we are here to assist. Please review the below policy guidelines and instruction before submitting your request to wave@dalga.co:
Returns
- Returns & Exchanges
- Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Free exchanges are available within 30 days. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $5 processing fee applies to all exchanges.
- For non-exchange returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds
- Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery for full-price items only.
- Refunds are also issued if:
- The item arrives damaged or faulty, or
- The requested size is unavailable.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only, less the following deductions:
- $10 handling fee
- return shipping - the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery for full-price items only.
- Condition
- We only accept items in the same condition as you received it. Typically this means the piece is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Items are placed neatly in the leather pouch they arrived in.
- Ensure the item is free of any scratches, marks, or tarnish.
- Before wearing your item in every day life, we encourage you to try it on at home to see if its the right fit. Each item will be carefully inspected upon return to ensure quality. Contact us anytime at wave@dalga.co.
- We only accept items in the same condition as you received it. Typically this means the piece is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- International Returns
- International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return or exchange item back to us. To start an international return, please contact us at wave@dalga.co. This policy is subject to change by Dalga in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if your purchase is made in connection with a special promotion or sweepstakes.

- Once approved (within 48 hours), you’ll receive return instructions.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable postal service for all returns.

- Gift Exchanges
- If you need to return a gift, email us at wave@dalga.co with the following information:

- If you do not have access to that information email us the name and email address of the gifter.

- Store Credit
- A $5 processing fee applies to all returns for store credit.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Store credit is valid for 3-months from the date of issue.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are monogrammed, made-to-order, discounted, or marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Final Sale
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Additional Notes
